Hello, my name is George Philbeck. I've been in real estate since 2002 and I've had the opportunity to sell literally thousands of homes. While I am not inclined to bragging, I do feel that I possess some level of expertise in the topics I will be covering.

There's a saying that seems to be overused in our industry. It goes like this.

The real truth is nobody's going to hold your hand and do the work for you, and a lot of your success is going to come from your hard work. Understand, your hard work can be very easily coupled with partners who believe in you and are willing to move mountains to support you be successful. Again, the focus is on help you be successful.

It's my belief that the previously written statement should be amended and should read like this:
